Ed Bryan is a seasoned ICT professional with more than 12 years in Quality. As Quality Manager, he is responsible for measuring customer experience and employee engagement for a variety of programs inside ADTRAN. Ed has held several QuEST Forum leadership council positions including TBE co-chair, OSWG co-chair, BPC planning chair. He is currently the America region co-chair. Ed is also active in the IGQ workgroup, leading sub teams focused on Customer Satisfaction benchmarking, TL 9000 R6.0 requirements, and member participation.

Ed is passionate about his role within QuEST Forum and is dedicated to the success and growth of the organization as well as the TL9000 standard.

Ed is ASQ certified in both software quality engineering and Quality Management. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.
