Maciej Lebedowicz’s main focus is the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the Customer Experience environment. Metrinomics is an independent consultancy established in 2001 and based in Berlin. It supplies tools and services to support Customer Experience programs at major global companies.
Since 2008 together with his team Maciej has been creating software solutions to support strategic and operational targets and to improve daily processes. High quality standards and understanding customer needs are needs are for him key aspects in the tool development.
Maciej is specialized in process optimization and analytics for international market studies. His academic focus was on financial mathematics and he holds degrees in both Mathematics and American Studies (achieved by studying in USA, Poland, Australia, and Germany).
