TR leads the Global Supply Chain Transformation Team at AT&T.  He is currently responsible for the AT&T Supplier Domain Program, which ensures AT&T procures the best and most advanced technologies to serve its customers. With D2.0, AT&T is pivoting to a modern, software-based architecture.  The key objective of the Domain 2.0 is putting customers at the center of the network with a modern, cloud-based architecture that is a global first at its scale.  The shift will build on AT&T’s best-in-class network status, and is expected to significantly reduce the time required to pivot to this architecture and accelerate time-to-market with technologically-advanced products and services.

TR is considered a game changer with proven management and leadership responsibilities.  He is considered a Problem Solver or Saw Sharpener and has had key transformative roles in Startup Operations; Sales and major Global Outsourcing initiatives.

TR probably is one of the few in the industry that has worked on Undersea Submarine Cable project, launching a Satellite (contract) and landline (Fiber and Copper).  He is also an Associate Professor at the University of Phoenix, CA, where he teaches various technology and networking topics to graduate and undergraduate students.

TR holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.  TR has a good work/life balance and has a loving wife and 2 kids that are 5 and 3.
